Council and Executive Committee
The Society for Social Choice and Welfare is a French association ruled according to the law of 1901 regarding associations. It is registered at the Préfecture du Calvados, France.
The organs of the Society are (a) The General Assembly, (b) The Executive Committee, (c) The Council.
Though the General Assembly of all the members is the supreme authority of the Society, it is governed on a daily basis by its Executive Commitee, which can consult the Council. The Executive Committee consist of the President Elect, the President, the Past President, and the Secretary Treasurer.
